Door leaf construction

Thickness of 41–42 mm, providing structural solidity and effective acoustic insulation
HDF panels in 3 or 6 mm thickness with vertically grained oak-texture embossing
Perimeter frame and double LVL (laminated veneer lumber) reinforcement blocks for maximum dimensional stability and warp control
Internal honeycomb core optimizing the rigidity-to-weight ratio
High-performance finish: polyurethane base coating with catalyzed acrylic topcoats, non-yellowing and highly abrasion-resistant
Customization: integration of router line designs according to project specifications

Frame system

Center-of-wall frame manufactured from kiln-dried natural pine, available in widths of 5, 9 or 11.5 cm with a thickness of 1¼”
Wrap-around system with HDF casings, color-matched and engineered with the same resistance properties as the door leaf
3 × 3” stainless steel ball-bearing hinges for smooth and extended operation
